Little Bear Westsail 32 refit: Rudder Cheeks pt 2 Blog # 108

Arrrrr me hearties. Welcome aboard.

The ruddercheeks experiment created a new form (to me) of rubber. Mixing wood stain and epoxy results in an interesting mix. I ended up sanding most of it off and redoing it so it turned out ok, no harm done just a bit of time and sand paper.

I had another go at the cap rails in particular the ‘S’ pieces that follow the curve in the bulwark.

As always fair winds, following seas, and God bless.
